By placing an order on HelloDorcas, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following:

Our Contract: A contract between us for the purchase of goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your card.

Pricing & Availability: While we try to ensure all details and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling.

Customs & Import Tax: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs and import fees. If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please note that an admin charge will be levied on you. Any remaining refund will be issued in the form of a digital discount voucher for use on our website, rather than a cash refund to your original payment method.
